Start with clearing your desk and your mind of distractions.
- Think about your love object. Place a picture of the one you love in front of you.

Light an aromatherapy candle put on your favorite music or favorite music of your loved one.

Take out your best stationery and pen.

On another sheet of paper, make two lists: of his/hers unique qualities, and second one about your hopes for the future together.

Personalize the salutation.

In the body of the letter, begin by telling her/him what you think makes him/her so special. List at least three qualities, ideally emotional, physical, and spiritual ones.

You may include a paragraph about hopes and dreams for the future you can have together.

Personalize the closing. "I will love you always," "Loving you forever," "My heart is yours," are all good possibilities.
